Acceptance

Before using Calendelo, you must accept these terms and review and accept the Privacy Policy. The date and version of your agreement are saved. Material updates require renewed acceptance before platform features can be used.

By using YouTube features in Calendelo, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The service

Calendelo provides video publication and scheduling, connected-account statistics and an idea workspace.

Platform integrations

Sign in with Snapchat is an optional Login Kit authentication method. First associate it with a verified Calendelo account by confirming your Calendelo password. The sign-in association is separate from any authorization to publish or read Public Profile statistics. You can remove it from your account connections.

Dailymotion connects through OAuth: you authorize Calendelo to access your own profile without supplying an API key. An optional organization connection accepts a private API key supplied by you. Its secret and connected-account tokens are encrypted on the server.

Facebook uses a Page you are authorized to manage. Snapchat uses an eligible public profile and requires the application to have Public Profile API access. LinkedIn uses a personal profile, and Pinterest a public board you select. Analytics availability depends on the permissions granted by each provider.

OAuth connections use the official authorization flow and the permissions you grant. Instagram requires an eligible professional account. Available features, quotas, moderation and public posting depend on each provider’s account and app review decisions. An unaudited TikTok Direct Post client supports only private accounts and private posts during testing; it is not a promise of approval.

The applicable platform terms also govern your use: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Dailymotion, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest. Calendelo is independent of these platforms.

Your responsibilities

Use an account you are entitled to manage and keep your credentials secure. Upload only content you own or are authorized to distribute, including music, images and people’s likenesses. Certify compliance with YouTube Community Guidelines before a YouTube upload. For TikTok, review the account, visibility, interactions, commercial disclosures and music declaration, then explicitly confirm transfer and publication. A public channel or a discovered video does not grant reuse rights.

Prohibited use

Do not distribute unlawful or unauthorized content, impersonate others, collect their credentials, bypass permissions, review restrictions or API quotas, generate artificial engagement, scrape private data, or mass-repost third-party content. Access may be restricted to protect users and comply with applicable law and provider rules.

Scheduling and availability

Scheduling requires the server and your authorization to remain available. Providers can reject or delay a publication, change permitted settings or require reconnection. TikTok processing can take several minutes after transfer. Processing or attention-required statuses do not confirm publication: check the platform before retrying to avoid duplicates.

Service limitations

Calendelo does not guarantee reach, engagement, income or provider approval and does not control platform moderation. You can disconnect providers or delete your account using the deletion page. This stops pending sends but does not remove posts already published on third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities imposed by applicable law.

Changes

Material changes to these terms or data use are communicated through a new acceptance prompt before the affected features can be used. The applicable version date is shown above. You retain access to deletion instructions and privacy contact without accepting an update.
