Remove a connection

In your dashboard, “Disconnect” stops access and pending publications and starts erasure of the platform’s data in Calendelo. A receipt tracks progress. Google and TikTok revocation is attempted immediately and retried if the provider does not respond.

To remove only the Login Kit Sign in with Snapchat method, open your account connections. The Snapchat publishing connection is managed separately in the dashboard.

Also remove authorization on the platform when needed:

• Google / YouTube: app permissions
• Instagram : Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Calendelo → Remove. This step withdraws the Meta grant after local deletion.
• TikTok : Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → Calendelo → Remove access.
• Dailymotion : remove the Calendelo authorization in Dailymotion settings. If you connected an organization private key, revoke that key in your Studio.
• Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest : remove Calendelo from authorized applications in your account settings after disconnecting locally.

Delete my Calendelo account

Deletion removes your account, connections, sessions, ideas, history and associated files. Pending sends stop. Videos already published remain on the platforms; manage them there. YouTube data is erased within seven calendar days.

If you cannot sign in, contact us with your account email and the relevant platform. We request only what is necessary to verify identity. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
